A VISUAL BOUTIQUE
Cinemargot is a full-service visual boutique production house working with an extensive international network. We have full studio capability or exposed to the most challenging elements – from a storm-ravaged sailboat to a vertical climbing wall – with only one goal, crafting motion stories that fit perfectly to our clients’ demands.
TRUST
Our greatest reward is our clients’ trust in the form of long-term partnerships.
With Scott Sports, we produced and directed web serie the hunt for glory featuring Nino Schurter’s preparation for the Rio Olympic Games. The 16-episode shoot over 18 months gained over 6 million viewers on Youtube, and on Nino Schurter’s Facebook page. You can watch the full movie Here. We also chronicled Team Tilt Sailing during their two Red Bull Youth America’s Cup campaigns in 2013 and 2017 and their way to Tokyo 2020.
ROOTS
Cameraman and Photographer Christophe Margot got his start in photography by printing his pictures in a makeshift darkroom (his parents’ bathroom) at night, delivering the photos early the next morning to the local newspaper.
Step by step, he made his way from local to international clients such as Phillip Morris Intl, The New York Times, Omega Watches, and many other international media outlets. Margot has been nominated for numerous awards and honors, as well as a finalist at Red Bull Illumé photo contest.
In 2010, several clients asked Christophe to translate his unique vision from still to motion pictures, and a new journey began as film director, and cinemargot.com was born.
